Lavender Thyme Parsnips

Ingredients

  • 2 medium turnips, cubed or cut into match sticks
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • ½ tsp lavender
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Toss turnips and seasonings in melted coconut oil to coat evenly.
  3. Roast for 30 minutes, flipping them half way through.
