Sesame Basil Crusted Salmon


  • 1 2oz salmon filet
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 4 leaves of basil, chopped
  • 1 tsp coconut aminos
  • 2 tsp garlic


  1. Preheat the oven to 380F
  2. Place the salmon on a baking sheet
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients
  4. Top the salmon with the mixture, making sure to evenly distribute it
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, watching it to make sure it doesn’t get burned
  6. Remove and serve.
