Brazil Nut Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brazil nuts
  • 3 cups water
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a nutribullet or blender
  2. Using a cheesecloth or mesh strainer, cover the top of a wide mouth mason jar/pitcher or bowl
  3. Strain the milk through the cheesecloth or mesh strainer, leaving behind the insoluble fiber (which you could use for flour or nut butters later on!)
