Roasted Balsamic Red Onions

Ingredients

  • 2 red onions, sliced into 1″ chunks and separated layers
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Sprinkle of sea salt
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl
  3. Distribute the mix evenly on a baking sheet
  4. Cook for 20 minutes
  5. Remove from oven and serve
