Blueberry Cucumber Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • handful of blueberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 lemon
  • a couple leaves of basil (optional)

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a Nutribullet or blender and process until smooth.
  2. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy
