- 1/3 pomegranate juice
- ¼ cup raw apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Combine all ingredients omitting the olive oil in a large bowl and whisk together.
- Gradually pour in the olive oil while continuing to whisk.
- Store in the fridge for up to a week. You will need to shake before pouring as the oil tends to separate from the juice after sitting.
